    i look forward to making these, thanks for explaining how to cook the tortillas, i always have problems with corn tortillas in the skillet and i think i had the heat too high. (they stick in my non skillet)

    I don't own an Instant Pot, but this is the perfect reason to consider getting one! I use my vintage stove top pressure cooker (I've had it over 30 years, I guess that's vintage lol) all the time, maybe I'll see how this recipe turns out using it. Thanks for another mouthwatering recipe!
