    Thanks for sharing this recipe. I made it for my family and extended family on Friday night. They all loved the flavor. I just had one problem. I have an Instant Pot 8 qt. and I followed all of your instructions. I sealed the lid, put the lid on sealing, and set the time for 20 mins. It never came up to pressure. The weird thing is, the time did start counting down after maybe 10 mins. The IP usually doesn't count down until it reaches pressure and the little thing pops up. I tried to quick release the pressure, but there was no pressure built up to release. When I opened the lid, the liquid was boiling but the chicken wasn't done. I just did the same thing for another 20 mins and thankfully the chicken was cooked by then since my company had already arrived. I'm wondering if it didn't come to pressure because there wasn't enough liquid? I did test the IP with just water (like it says to do in the manual) to make sure it was working properly and it was. Did you ever have any trouble?

    An easy way to shred the chicken quickly is when you pull it out place it in your kitchen aid mixing bowl and use the whisk attachment. Go slow, it shreds it quickly. I cook lots of chicken ahead of time, shred and use my food saver to seal and freeze for future use.

    I love this recipe, I love that hot pot device, and I love your beautiful kitchen. I did not know you could actually saute on the hot pot. I am so low on gadget space in my kitchen but that one seems so multi purpose that I may have to make an exception lol.
