I just got my Pro, did water test, then after a week of hesitating ))) cooked a vegetable soup. 3min and natural release. Was a bit overcooked!! Unbelievable.

Could you please make a video about a principle of adjusting a normal recipe or a general pressure cooker recipe for IP? Also I have seen that some people cook rice or barley overnight on slow cook and say that it is very tasty. Would you recommend cooking it this way?

When you say the inner pot has a flat bottom, does that mean it isn't raised in the center like on older models?

Does this unit come up to pressure just as fast or faster than previous units? I ask because mine takes forever to come up to pressure so it’s really painful to use and everything seems to overcook, impossible to really time it properly.
