I live in Morocco, and my instant pot is a 2 bucks aluminum pot that is stove powered not electric xD
Still this was a good presentation. I used to waste so much time and effort boiling the potatoes in the pot then frying them in a pan.
Now I'm gonna attempt doing everything in the boil from pre-boiling the potatoes to cooking with the ingredients. I'll add some onions and tomatoes mid cooking and some spices and herbs, shouldn't be too complicated.
