    Servings: 6

    Ingredients:
    Roast
    Onion
    Carrots
    Celery
    Potatoes
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Rosemary
    Thyme
    Parsley
    Sea Salt
    Pepper

    Place roast in the Instant Pot along with 4 cups of water, sea salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes. While that is cooking, chop up the vegetables. After the timer is out, wait 10 more minutes and then release the pressure from the pot (be careful). Flip the roast over and then dump your vegetables, 4 additional cups of water, and more sea salt and pepper into the instant pot. Cook for 30 minutes. After the timer is out, wait 10 more minutes and then release the pressure from the pot (again, be careful). Add your seasonings and shred the roast. Then, you're done. Enjoy!
