I made this recipe and kept my expectations to a minimum. Boy were we pleasantly surprised!!! We loved it, and I'm making it for dinner now to enjoy at halftime! The pork is super tender, but more important, the flavor is amazing! I actually went back for seconds!!!

This was delicious! Best of all my husband loved it. I used maple syrup and added about 1-2 teaspoons of brown gravy mix with the flour (we like our gravy on the thicker side). The gravy was awesome, one other thing I will try next time, I will cook it for about four or five minutes longer. Thank you for sharing this recipe it’s a keeper. I will be subscribing.

Liked the video, nice and simple, quick, and to the point. Simple ingredients, less IS more, after all. I would like to make a few suggestions. It might be more visually appealing to show cutting the pork, and vegetables as well as pouring the gravy over the pork. It'll give us a better idea of the consistency of the foods, as everyone has differing ideas as to how firm the meat or veggies should be, so they may wish to adjust the time. Thanks again for the video, it helps allot.

Quick release is a big mistake when cooking meats. Natural release is much better, it wont toughen up the fibers of the meat that way.
We never saw you cut into the meat to see how tender it was. Also, I see a number of people in the comments saying they'll try it out, but I haven't seen any one come back to mention how theirs turned out.
