You could have honestly took the time to prep and cut up all your meats and veggies and actually show some sort of seasonings , if you arenโ€™t gonna take the time and effort to make something donโ€™t post it.

You added gravy…THANK YOU! When I first started making stew (before I knew how to make a roux), I put gravy in my stew. The people at work acted like I was crazy! I'm like…isn't that what a stew is …meat and veggies in a gravy?

This looks so good! I thought of another step you could do. You take out all your solids. In the broth add a 1/2 to whole head of chopped cabbage. Cook for 4 minutes. Cool it down and put in a blender or use a stick blender until smooth. Add all other ingredients back to make it a thicker stew. I've done this with some stews. I've also cooked the cabbage with the meat but it can be harder to separate unless you just blend more of the other veggies at the end. Just a thought! Thanks for the great recipe!

Pork, potatoes and veggies … who could ask for more. I have a question for you though since I have my new little cosori (haven't had time to use it yet) why do you put less time on the time rather than the preset time, how do you know how long to cook it for?
