Appreciate the simplicity of this meal. Never occurred to me to grate a tomato like that. It’s definitely faster to clean than a rotary food mill. The InstantPot is a winner – its reliable and needs less attention. Store bought ready made polenta might be convenient but isn’t always vegan. The Amish style here has milk and few other questionable ingredients. Time to add polenta to my grocery list, haven’t had it in a while. 😉
