Nope on the brown cloudy broth and canned bean sprout!. No. The best part of phö is the freshness the clean flavors. More fish sauce please, no hoisin in the large pot, that’s a personal accoutrement. Thai basil, extra lime, and a broth with bone or tendon. It can all be done in the insta the same. I get it’s your version, but I’m sure you could elevate its authenticity. But thanks for the idea

This is definitely not Pho for those who are trying for the first time and have not had it. So much in difference; especially in ingredients. I am by no means knocking this recipe as he has stated this is his own recipe and it is not a traditional pho recipe. That being said, I would definitely try this out. Still looks delicious and thumbs up to the chef. Thanks for sharing your take on pho my brother.

I tried this and it came out great, the only thing I did different was add a duck bullion base so that I can skip the spice ball that you had… I subbed the tenderloin to breast and it was too dry… so I will switch to thighs. Thanks again… it was great.

The comments here are amusing. The same sorts of comments can be found when making barbecue (pulled pork, brisket, ribs, etc.) or biscuits from those who think they know better.

Very easy and simple recipe. I’m going to be making pho 🍲 this weekend in my instapot. Although I plan on boiling the bones separately because I was a really great broth. I really love this soup. I just think the spices and herbs make the dish. It’s incredible and a soon to be staple in our house. I loved the little tea bag trick. Very cool hack there. I subscribed:)

I use my pressure cooker every single day. I love cooking with it.>>>arah.in/uQwo I want to get a second one just the cook additional dishes on the side. Sometimes, when I put the lid on, it seems as if it is locked, but it isn't. I will have to readjust the lid which can slow down my cooking time. I'm pleased overall. I like the look of it. I enjoy the ease of cooking with it. Excellent item.

I've made this recipe half a dozen times or so, and it is fantastic. Fairly quick, and easy. I made a few alterations, and recommend the following:

    – Add a few more Star Anise, cloves, and 1 extra cinnamon stick
    – I like to go a little heavier on the sauces (an extra half tablespoon)
    – Drop a halved-yellow onion in while pressure cooking the broth
    – Try the meat separate. My wife, and I grill a marinated pork tenderloin and then drop it in during serving. I find this to have better flavor

Thanks for the recipe. It is our new favorite meal
