    Sorry to talk off subject but have you ever had crawfish etouffee? Most eat it over rice but pairs well with pasta, especially penne. You can replace the crawfish with shrimp but there’s nothing like the concentrated shellfish flavor of crawdads. Also, do you fry fish in Cali. I’m from La. and we fry catfish and crappie (white perch) in corn meal. As always, great video, looks delicious!

    I love my Instant Pot, the first time I made pasta in it I was a little bit scared of how it would turn out. It really does take just half the time suggested in the directions for boiling. It makes wonderful beans, of any type. This recipe looks delicious!
