This is not a pav-bhaji
After watching a street vendor mash the hell out of the potatoes i did the same and the consistency was more creamy. The individual vegs were not distinguishable. I also added a tablespoon of melted butter before serving.
My boyfriend loved the second version so much that he wants it every weekend.
This item is mashed with a mashed to make it into a mashed potato consistency but you completely skipped that part. What you made is a mixed vegetable curry suitable for eating with poor or chapati
