Pasta Fazoole! I grew up eating this, often, and my family is no way Italian. It's just a good soup for cold nights and, yes, I still make it today. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!

Pasta Fagioli is basically all vegan if you follow an original Italian recipe. as long as you use veggie broth!!! it's a go to, and it was growing up in an Italian fam. I love seeing the slight variations everyone adds to it!
