Jeff, I love your recipes so much and your videos are so much fun to watch. I never liked cooking until I got an instant pot and found your channel! So thank you so much. 🙂 I would love to see a Beef & Barley soup and a Cream of Chicken w/ Wild Rice soup — if you do those. Thanks again!! I'm going to make this Pasta Fagioli today.

I use my pressure cooker every single day. I love cooking with it.>>>arah.in/uQwo   I want to get a second one just the cook additional dishes on the side. Sometimes, when I put the lid on, it seems as if it is locked, but it isn't. I will have to readjust the lid which can slow down my cooking time. I'm pleased overall. I like the look of it. I enjoy the ease of cooking with it. Excellent item.

Made this soup tonight. Wow! It turned on my Italian genes big time. Delicioso! And not hard to do at all. Bought an immersion blender from Amazon for cheap and it did an amazing job. Last week made your minestrone and it was awesome too! Why don’t you have a show on The Food Network yet?! You should! Very entertaining to watch! Thanks!

Full disclosure… I have been a bartender at Olive Garden for 8 years, and I love our version. That said, all versions of this soup are different, but this looks really good, Jeff! I would try this, but it's too easy to just scoop myself some at work. Lol!

I love this idea. I HATE the texture of beans. I often order Pasta Fagioli and spoon out the beans. A few get through, but I deal. Using the blender gets rid of my texture issue, but is healthy and tasty.

I made this the other day and I also made your grandmas cabbage rolls except I put riced cauliflower instead of rice for my diabetic husband with less sugar then you used but it was so good it’s now a regular recipe for our instant pot. Thank you so much for your awesome videos. I would be lost without these videos lol

You sold me! My nonni’s recipe is very different and of course the best one on the planet but the bacon has my curiosity looking for some of your Italian wonderment in a bowl! Sounds like perfection.

I like extra veggies. If I add chopped carrots and celery how long would I cook them with the onions? You think that the 4 minutes with onions would be enough? Love your recipes. Please keep them coming!

How embarrassing….. I've been pronouncing the name of this soup wrong for years! I always thought it had an "E" sound at the end. Ooops! In any case, I order it often at Olive Gardens yet have never attempted to make it. Now I will! Thanks, Jeff!
