Hi madam,i tried kachi hyderabadi panner dum biryani with raw panner in the bottom and parcooked rice on top and the result was extraordinary,but thin layer of all panner pieces
Which touches bottom of pot is sticking to the pot, im using 10 min steam mode and then 15min standing time in keep warm mode.after watching your panner video i thinking of using 2min high pressure for cooking raw panner at bottom and 70%semicooked rice on top,what do you think ,is 2min enough to cook both rice and panner?

Too much water. I had to boil 10 mins to reduce the quantity and veggies became mushy.
