Thanks for your video. Other videos I was researching glossed over the question of covering the molds with tinfoil so I’m happy to have found your guidance. I’m making keto egg bites with 2 egg silicone molds in my old fashioned pressure cooker. Now I know to cover each mold with tin foil.

I just made these and first off they are awesome! But I want you all to know something important about this recipe. I only have one mold so I made them one batch at a time. I followed the recipe exactly and the first time I hit manual and without the keep warm function on and let them sit for 5 minutes when they were done and did a quick release. They seemed a little flat….Well, on the second batch I left the keep warm function on and let them sit for 5 minutes, and then did a quick release. The second batch were perfect…. large and fluffy! So, don't make my mistake and leave the keep warm function on and then do the quick release. These are awesome thank you for the recipe! I ordered another mold after I made these along with the OXO trivet via the links below! God bless you all and have a great day!

My girls loved these… but the recipe in the description adds a cup of milk that wasn’t added to the mix in the video. I added it and my batter came out very thin. I fixed it by adding pancake mix until it was the right consistency.

If you use regular pancake πŸ₯ž box mix would it still be the same cooking time? Can’t some of the ingredients effect that & the consistency if they’re different? Like diet ones?

I used to have a breakfast casserole recipe for pancake batter, drained and cooked sausage, and a can of peaches together. Delicious. I’m wondering if they could be made this way

I've noticed a trend with Youtubers posting videos on major kitchen renovations and still cooking with gadgets instead on their high end appliances. Is it just for show? It doesn't make sense.

I already have the egg molds so Had them this morning & yes they are so good. They are small so figure on average person 3 -4 each. I am wondering can you prepare them the night before refrigerate then make them in the instant pot in the morning. It was time consuming making them in the morning and I am not a morning person. Ha Ha
