My only and favorite Japanese chef, thank you for teaching me how to cook japanese food for my bf he loves it. Cos he's Japanese and he thinks I cook like local people.

    インスタントポットで簡単にできるのはわかりますが、煮しめとか、
    おでんとか、アクは取れないから、そのままcookは少し考えちゃいます。
    ハワイの人もアク取らずのcookで、口あたりが悪かったです。

Hi nani!! Great recipe. Im not sure if my opinion counts but i really dont prefer the “epic” music with your recipes lately. It somehow doesn’t match to me but i still watch it anyway! Just an opinion, but yeah! Have a good day!!

When I go home for a bit this summer I am going to try to make this! We live near a city that has two large Asian stores. Ones predominately Chinese and the other is a mix of Asian cultures. I will see if I can make it! Thank you for your recipes I am always excited when I see your videos pop up!

    おいしいそう!

I'm moving out to Hokkaido in summer for a year, and I'm really enjoying the idea of having real-deal Japanese food soon.

A bit of a big ask, but are there any interesting dishes from the Hokkaido region you'd suggest?

Many thanks! And keep up the great cooking!
