We tried this last pm for dinner, and everyone agreed that it was a little bland. You will definitely want to at the very least salt and pepper the chicken before cooking in the Instant Pot. We'll try this again with those adjustments and hopefully will be better. Otherwise, this recipe is going in the T-can and will look for another.
