Wow that New York cheesecake looks so spectacular it’s one of my favorite sweet treats I never thought about doing it in an Insta pot. Love the sweet cookies you used for the crust great tip to cover the springform pan with parchment paper. So happy to see that use Philadelphia cream cheese I think it’s the best also for a cheesecake. Always great tip on tapping the springform pan on getting rid of the air bubbles so the cheesecake sets perfectly. I love how the Insta pot made this New York style cheesecake light and fluffy amazing recipe
