You know, I watch a lot of cooking stuff, but yours are the only dishes I actually make.
I just made this using my brand new instant pot for the first time. It was phenomenal!! We loved it so much we want to eat it again tomorrow. But can I leave the risotto on "keep warm" over night or longer? Please help!
I went to make this tonight and everything went like clockwork, until I went from saute to pressure, and the power died in my IP(blown fuse). I had to finish it up in my 6 qt Dutch Oven on the stove. It still came out quite good but what a disappointment with the IP failure. I'm buying a 10 pack of thermal fuses on Amazon right now. Keep those vids coming!
I just made this..followed you directions step by step…in 🇰🇪..yeah am getting something today..
I made this tonight…it was absolutely amazing! Even my daughter, who absolutely HATES mushrooms, ate a bowl and said it was the best ever! Great recipe😁 thanks 👍

Sounds delicious! Can’t wait to try this! Thinking about serving for guests – is there a good holding point so I can prepare then start the pressure cooking ten minutes before serving?

I made this and it was great. Only thing I would do differently next time is a little less truffle oil. But it was so good – my kids loved it as did the adults.

Hi Banjo!
Do you wash the rice first?
Lol ‘dogs and their balls
I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to yet another benefit from watching your videos and making what you make–stress reduction! I had a fairly stressful family situation this week and it so helped when I made a batch of this! I hadn't made this since April and it was a spur of the moment thing, but I did well with the shopping for it after work! The only ingredient I forgot was the shallots but I had onion and that worked! I added cooked chicken to it though I was 8 oz. light on the mushrooms, but when I was done I felt waaay better than I did when I started! Thanks again for your great recipes! They can be therapy as well as inspirations for making great food! As always, my very best to you, Richard, and Banjo!
