Just got my Instant Pot and this was the 1st recipe I tried. Not bad altho I would do 1 thing different. The cole slaw had cooked way down and I like that crunch that Moo Shoo has. Id recommend adding 1/2 bag (7oz) cole slaw mix before pressure cooking then the other half after while doing the slurry and hoison sauce that would let it heat up and still retain the crunch. Otherwise great taste!

I love this cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1045 I grew up around pressure cookers in the kitchen, and knew of the danger that they could blow up if not properly taken care of. This cooker almost makes it impossible to fail. The fact that it's electric was originally why I was attracted. I usually prepare meals on Sunday for my husband and I to last the week. This cooker has made it possible for me to cut the cooking time in half, without changing the quality of the meals. It was a great purchase, I'm happy I did it.

You actually pronounce Chinese words very well, xiao long bao especially. There are several very very Chinese recipes Chinese cooks in pressure pot a lot, since you like pork, you may like hong shao rou/ a pork belly dish. I would like to share my recipe with you to try out.

I told a friend about this – she LOVES Moo Shu Pork too. Actually, I'm printing out the recipe for her. Twillhead has a nice suggestion about braciole but that's the Italian equivalent to the Polish Cabbage Rolls. In other words – time consuming – but oh so delicious when it's been cooked in sauce for hours the conventional way. Here's a simple recipe for it:

Awesome! I love moo shu pork! I will be making this on Friday for sure! Now… I have a challenge for you — beef braciole. It seems like it is tailor made for the Instant Pot. What do you think?
