I love this dish…. Thank you Marion!!!
Will make definitely. I didn’t love lap Chung but I’ll leave it out. I usually prefer my sauce to be thickened. I’ll try it this way too.

This looks really tasty and I find the combination of ingredients very interesting. I am sure that the method of preparation is also very easy to do in the wild. First preparation at home and then enjoy a delicious dish in the fresh air outside 🙂 that I will try the next few days.

I grew up remembering one particular errand for my mom, instructing me to go to our local chinese bakery which also sells "chorizo Bilbao". That is the same sausage and i can relate now why it's called Bilbao and cantonese or originating from Macau, with the same Portuguese reference.

thank you thank you for going back to doing a short-to-the-point recipe video! Very much appreciated. I used to love eating the Chinese sausage when we went to Dim Sum but will check to see if the ethnic store in the city might carry it.

Popping on your washing up gloves to remove dishes from a steaming pan will protect you from scalds. Also metal trivets can be bought for cheap online, keep one in your drawer and saves you wasting foil. Worth buying as you can steam tons of yummy stuff!

That looks amazing and definitely a comfort food I’m used to making except I use Chinese mushrooms instead of the Chinese sausage. Now I’ll add Chinese sausage too. 😄
