    Sounds yum.
I am in search of one of your recipes. I don’t remember the name but will know it when I see it. It was tofu that everyone thought they had meat. Hmmm I think it was making tofu taste like chicken.

I can’t wait to try this with my soy curl dust! I didn’t throw it away because I thought it would be good for something, and here it is. Also where has that ricer attachment been all my life. Am I the only one out there hand mashing potatoes?

Hi Jill, I just saw this for the first time and was wondering where you got a 12 pound bag of soy curls. I have only been able to find them in i or 12 ounce packages. Thanks for the video!

Love this meatloaf, making it now, my 4th time, love it with potatoes and broccoli, and also in sandwiches and taco shells, really good, thank you, I really don't like the meatloaf with lentils, I have problems with beans, but this one is wonderful.

Jill, you are my now my favorite Plant Based YouTube chef! Found you when I searched for soy curls recipes and your recipes are great, your videos make me happy. I went Plant based about 16 months ago after watching Forks Over Knives and read all the books you mentioned in your earlier video. Sad thing is that I don’t know anyone outside of our family who eats this way! My friends and coworkers find my lifestyle odd…. my husband and I are in our 60s and neither of us have any health issues (perfect lab results!!) and have normal BMIs… so my new lifestyle is a testament to our food choices. The key is keeping the food delicious and thank you for helping us stay on the right track!!! Thank you!!!!!

Looks lovely but I would leave the ketchup topping off, add some gravy brownung to the gravy as it looks far too pale for UK tastes, and then tuck in. Looks like a very tasty meal. Thank you Jill 💖

Hi Jill. I have never used tofu. Do you press your regular tofu? And what do I do with unused. Will it keep in the freezer? Thanks. Oh and did you use equal portions of silken and regular without liquid in your nutri bullet?

This looks really good, Jill! I'm gonna have to try it out … don't have any soy curls though. Frankly, they freak me out just a little. Not sure why … perhaps after some counseling I'll have an epiphany or something. BTW, I REALLY like the new (?) format where you are sped up cooking the recipe while you talk it through in your "good angel" window. 🙂

I made the transition from vegetarian to vegan several months ago. I just found your channel because I bought an Ipot and then I got the flu. I've been binge watching your channel and taking notes while hacking up a lung…love your recipes, your positivity, the bunny ears, all of it. Thanks for all the inspiration!
