Both USDA and InstantPot now do not recommend this unit for all Canning.

I am glad to see you use the insta pot max to can. I didn’t want to spend the money on a pressure canner when I already have a pressure cooker, slow cooker. Water bath canner, roaster…all the things. I’d rather invest money on something that is multi purpose since I have a small family and home ( not much storage space). How do you like it? Has it replaced other small appliances you had? Would you recommend it?
