Looks super duper yummy. But I’ll have to try to find a different curry paste brand because the one you using has sesame in it and I’m allergic to sesame seeds. If I can find one with no sesame in it I’ll try this recipe and let you know how it comes out.

I had something strange happen when I made this the first time. I followed all the directions, except i dropped 1 potato and added a small can of water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. This was a request from my wife. Once I set the IP for 8 minutes I went off to do something and when I came back to check on it, I noticed that it had 1 minute to go, but it never pressure sealed. I tried resetting the 8 minutes afraid of under cooked chicken. It did finally seal, and I did a quick release after the 8 minutes. The chicken was overcooked, but overall it was a great meal. Does anyone know why it started cooking even though it never pressure sealed. Do I need to get rid of this 6 qt IP and get a new one?

I made this exactly per the instructions with a garnish of avocado slivers & it was delicious but be forewarned if you are sensitive to spice that it is a touch spicy.

I made this! It was really wonderful! It tasted like it came from my son's favorite Thai restaurant which is always packed with people because the food they serve is so good. My claim to fame is not my cooking but, I have to say, I would serve this to anyone and everyone and be proud of myself. I still can't believe it! It was so delicious!!! Thank you Jeffrey!!!

I have an 8 quart pot and tried this recipe twice. My pot won’t come up to pressure at all. The second time I tried I did change the sealing ring and even pressing down on the lid but no dice. I ended up just having to put my IP on sauté and finish the curry by simmering it. Don’t get me wrong, if you follow this recipe it will turn out fantastic. Just if you have an 8 quart pot it might take a little longer. Keep up the great work Jeff. You are the best pressure cooker channel on YouTube hands down!

Help!!! Bought a new T-fal electric pressure cooker. The 12 in 1, 6 quarts. B-3384 in the series EPC 06. The how to instruction is so hard to understand! If it's at all possible, can you please post a video on how to use it? I have a DIY function key, and I'm wondering if that is the manual key? I also have a pressure cooking key. This is my first ever cooker and I'm overwhelmed. Love your recipes.

I have an 8qt IP and doubled up on the recipe. An issue I had was the bottom kept burning when I reached the pressure cooking part. So the IP gave me that "burn" error.

Great video as always Jeffrey. Can you substitute almond butter and almonds for the peanut butter and peanuts in this recipe if you can't have peanuts? I also second the request for Manhattan clam chowder.

Not only are your recipes consistently good, but your enthusiasm about each of your dishes is convincing enough for me that I've recreated many of your suggestions. NOW, a Manhattan Clam Chowder recipe if you please.
