Couldn't you put the dashi stock( tea bag) in to instant pot for another 10-15 mins under pressure. Then add the tofu for 3 mins? Or would that be too strong?

Made it! Added some soaked Shi-itake, bcs I had and it was sooooooo delicious! Topped it wz bean sprouts, green onion and sesame oil.
