How would it affect the cooking time if you used bratwurst?
To keep the inner pot from spinning when you stir or sauté and stir, use a large binder clip to hold the inner pan in place. Just remove before putting lid on.

Wonderful video! I am french and I like choucroute which is the same thing but using different herbs. I also use pork chops or ham but kielbasa is great too! I love the instant pot. For 2 years I could not see till I received 2 cornea transplants. It was at that time that I bought an instant Pot so I could teach my husband how to cook our meals. He took to it like a duck to water. Have a great day!
I just found you this morning, and am new to the amazing Instant Pot. I really enjoyed watching you. You mentioned something about asking people what they wanted to see. If it's not to late I would like to put my request in. I would like to see Chicken and Dumplings. Not the flat dumplings but the big fluffy ones made with flour and milk.
