    I watched this video again and am so hungry. Then I thought hey that's less the cauliflower and pumpkin what I stuffed in zuchinni boats the other night and I have a little left over. I'm gonna throw some tomato paste and more tomatoes in there and I'll be having you chili in a few minutes. Its like God said don't waste those left overs woman. So thanks Jack I probably wouldn't have thought of chili.

    Unsolicited internet advice: Replace ground beef with ground turkey or chicken, double or triple the green veggies, omit canned pumpkin, sour cream, cheese, and sodium laden beef broth and then the dish is a decent healthy choice. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

    Portion size, good veggies and fruit with lean protein is healthy. Along with exercise. That recipe is full of carbs and sugars and fats. I donโ€™t believe this to be a healthy recipe.

    I have type 1 diabetes and would like to do more keto meals. The one thing I find off putting is that it seems like almost everything calls for cauliflower. I don't hate cauliflower but it's not my favorite so I certainly don't want it several times a week.
