Olive oil to the bottom of pot on SAUTÉ mode
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    4 cups red onion
    Two spoons salt
    Cayenne pepper
    Ginger
    Coriander and cumin powder
    Curry powder
Can of crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz?)
    Can of tomato paste
    1 cup red wine
    30 minutes on Manual mode
    Save 1/2 sauce
    Rice (4 cups?)
    Carrots
Chickpeas 1 can? But reserve cooking water
    2 cups of chickpea water
12 minutes manual (or rice button)

What happened to the 1/2 amount of sauce?

So happy to see someone use the instant pot to cook african dishes. I have been contemplating about getting one to also cook nigerian recipes. Your video just convinced me to get one. Also I would suggest to get the non stick liner for when you cook jellof rice, should help with the burning.
