looks good. when we visited Toulon France they had a street vender across the street from the French Nuclear power navy base. They were long hoagies with meat cheese and fries dunked in juice and then fried in a press that made them about an inch thick. I an sure they have a proper name but we called them schmash sammiches because it was easy to say when we over indulged . Different ships different era different everything and they all called them smash sandwiches
