Find the Meatloaf recipe here: http://instantloss.com/2017/07/25/gluten-free-instant-pot-meat-loaf/ The only change to the recipe that I made was using 1/4 of a cup of sweet potato flour instead of the 1 cup of gf breadcrumbs that the recipe called for.

I love the Instant Pot now that it is finally out of the box and being used and I also purchased accessories for it which I still have to try out and took them out of the box also. I will probably use a recipe I use for normally cooking corn bread in this appliance, and I have been using cast iron cookware and have to get use to cooking many of the food dishes I normally do in my counter top roaster, or in cast iron.

I decided to get this one because of your review. I had been concerned about it being made in China but then I saw in a comment on one other pot that was made in India that there is a problem with petal from India. People should Google metal problems in India. I then Googled China metal and they did not have the radiation problem that India had. Hense I am buying this one from China. Metal from pots does leach into food.

Thanks for yet another very informative video. I’m so new to the instant pot and know so little about it that I feel totally terrorized of it. First time I tried using it I had no idea it took that long to come to pressure so I thought it was defective and I just unplugged it and turned to my oven!! Next I tried a roast like two weeks later and it was a good cut but wasn’t tender enough which I should have put it back adding more time. So yes I’m struggling but watching your videos will bring me around and soon I’ll laugh at how scared of it I was. I need an IP cookbook as I never know how much time different things take. After visiting so many other IP channels I must say your videos are THE BEST.

I have a set of these pots and love them. Also I like your honesty about the sizes of these pots that fit the 6 and 8 very well and not the 5 if they barely fit in your 6. Great video.

I'm new to the IP and I too have the 6 quart. Now I want one smaller, like the 3 qt. for cooking two things at once. However, now that I've seen those stacking inserts they might be a suitable option as well. But I would like to have a second lid with holes for steaming. Wow, corn bread in an IP while cooking meatloaf? Blows my mind!

These look delicious!Where can I find the cornbread recipe? I'm finally going to venture into Instant Pot cooking. I have the Pot, & the accessories but as so many have said on different vlogs, "if it's still in the box, you need to take it out." Mine is definatly still in the box. I walk past it every day & say I need to get that out of the box. Tomorrow is the day, really, tomorrow. Thanks for all the tips & tricks.

I am totally new to pressure cooking and I’m watching all your videos. They are fantastic! I do have a question though, does anyone make stainless steel stacking aluminum pans for the 3 qt. mini Insta pot?
