Find the Meatloaf recipe here: http://instantloss.com/2017/07/25/gluten-free-instant-pot-meat-loaf/ The only change to the recipe that I made was using 1/4 of a cup of sweet potato flour instead of the 1 cup of gf breadcrumbs that the recipe called for.

The cornbread looked good, meatloaf is prison food. If only the first half of the video was as fast as the 2nd.
Four beautiful, well-fed girls. I am going to have to get that cookbook.
I love the Instant Pot now that it is finally out of the box and being used and I also purchased accessories for it which I still have to try out and took them out of the box also. I will probably use a recipe I use for normally cooking corn bread in this appliance, and I have been using cast iron cookware and have to get use to cooking many of the food dishes I normally do in my counter top roaster, or in cast iron.
No cornbread recipe
👍👍👍👍Thanks more pot in pot meals please
thanks. I'm looking to find a biscuits recipe for IP. Corn bread looks good and meatloaf. Biscuits ?
Funny I just bought these pots and mine have holes on top??? Yours do not….?
Great Video, I like your music too. 🙂
Cornbread looked nicely made. I will have to look at your recipe. Apple in meatloaf? Yuck
I can't find your printable recipes.
I can't find the this cornbread recipe
I have the pot in pot set but haven used it. Now I have no excuse. Thanks for posting this video. Would love to see more pot in pot recipes.
I decided to get this one because of your review. I had been concerned about it being made in China but then I saw in a comment on one other pot that was made in India that there is a problem with petal from India. People should Google metal problems in India. I then Googled China metal and they did not have the radiation problem that India had. Hense I am buying this one from China. Metal from pots does leach into food.
They improved it since you made this video. You should show the new features. Thank you.
Nili,How do you like that book after a year and a half?
I am glad to know cornbread can be cooked in the I P. I have just bought mine but haven’t used it yet. Thanks for sharing what you know about this new way of cooking. ( new to me ).😀
That was a great demonstration.
Loved. Your presentation it's the first time I'm using my stackable pot. Thank you
I’m hoping someone will know if this stack cooker will fit in the 6 qt Ninja Foodi. I would love to see more of these PIP recipes.
Thanks for yet another very informative video. I’m so new to the instant pot and know so little about it that I feel totally terrorized of it. First time I tried using it I had no idea it took that long to come to pressure so I thought it was defective and I just unplugged it and turned to my oven!! Next I tried a roast like two weeks later and it was a good cut but wasn’t tender enough which I should have put it back adding more time. So yes I’m struggling but watching your videos will bring me around and soon I’ll laugh at how scared of it I was. I need an IP cookbook as I never know how much time different things take. After visiting so many other IP channels I must say your videos are THE BEST.
I can't help laughing. That meatloaf would be only enough for my husband. But it does look good. Thanks
I have a set of these pots and love them. Also I like your honesty about the sizes of these pots that fit the 6 and 8 very well and not the 5 if they barely fit in your 6. Great video.
I'm new to the IP and I too have the 6 quart. Now I want one smaller, like the 3 qt. for cooking two things at once. However, now that I've seen those stacking inserts they might be a suitable option as well. But I would like to have a second lid with holes for steaming. Wow, corn bread in an IP while cooking meatloaf? Blows my mind!
awesome! newbie here and appreciate you posting a video about pot in pot and the insert pans.
Apples in meatloaf?
You rock girlfriend excellent demonstration !
Parchment paper is da bomb! I use it often. Thanks for this!
Learning so much from your videos… thanks.
What is the name of the cookbook that has the meatloaf recipe in it. I would love to find it.
Too many carbs and sugars.
Apples in meatloaf?? Never heard of such a thing. Must be good👍👍👍
I love this you tube video, education and the tips you give. I am a newbie to the Instant Pot and Pot in Pot. I am excited to use my instant pot. I used it once in addition the water test.
why doesn't Instant Pot sell stainless steal insert pans?
Can you please post recipe for the cornbread? I am new to cooking in general, but trying to learn all I can on instant pot cooking.
These look delicious!Where can I find the cornbread recipe? I'm finally going to venture into Instant Pot cooking. I have the Pot, & the accessories but as so many have said on different vlogs, "if it's still in the box, you need to take it out." Mine is definatly still in the box. I walk past it every day & say I need to get that out of the box. Tomorrow is the day, really, tomorrow. Thanks for all the tips & tricks.
Can you make these separately in the instantpot as i dont have the inserts yet? Also is this the book you recommend?
HELP Please 🙂 Can you use box cornbread in place of this one?it's all i have Lol. Thanx so much.
Y U M ! ! ! That meatloaf and cornbread looks delicious!!! I gotta try it!!! Thanks, "Instant Pot Goddess"!!!!
I am totally new to pressure cooking and I’m watching all your videos. They are fantastic! I do have a question though, does anyone make stainless steel stacking aluminum pans for the 3 qt. mini Insta pot?
This is a very, very useful video!
Was the meatloaf dry? I always wonder if pip makes one thing way over cooked if the times for both items aren’t exactly the same.
