Tips:
Brown chicken thighs in instant pot on Sauté before cooking.
Deglaze bottom of pot before cooking
Use Pot-in-Pot method to prevent burn notice
8-10 Minutes high pressure
5 minute NPR then QR any remaining pressure
Spoon on sauce as desired.
