Sandra, for me, a single Marine living alone I finally found you. I have been
struggling with my 6 quart Instant Pot for months attempting to follow and
achieve the same results as the chef's only to find veggies to mushy, meat
overcooked or undercooked and listening to the chef's going on and on with
chit chat. You would make a terrific Marine……you make a simple frontal
assault on your objective, lean and mean…..thank you so much. And
I deeply appreciate your website….again, direct, to the point.
Semper Fi dear lady and here's a Oooooooorah…

Just wanted to let you know that this recipe is a staple in my house. I watched this a year ago and added it to my recipe folder. My dad, who lives with us, is a diabetic. He maintains his blood sugar on diet alone because he hates medication. When his sugar starts to rise, this is his go-to requested recipe. It’s simple, delicious and so easy. Thank you so very much!

I like this it looks like it is low carb friendly without corn, potatoes and carrots, I might add some green beans, great instructions on the instant pot release it can come out really fast if it is released too soon

It took you longer than you expected for the pressure release because of the high percentage of water in the cooker. I've used stove top cookers for 35 years and the same thing happens with them. But–like you, these days I love the convenience of my I-Pot!

I'll be trying this recipe soon. Great for cold weather. I'm also wanting an Instant Pot. What are your thoughts on it, if you don't mind? Do you use yours alot?
Love your videos, and always look forward to new ones. 😊

P.S. I heard that the instant pot is on so many people's wish list to Santa, that it has sold out almost everywhere! It's this year's new toy for the kitchen definitely! Looks like I may have to wait until next year sometime to be able to track me down one!😄😄
