Your recipe looks great and I will definitely be trying it. One issue though – that cutting board sliding around as you cut up the ham! So dangerous. A damp paper towel or a damp dish towel would stop the sliding!
Your title says bean soup and right away you start talking about making broth! Glad I kept watching.
