Rick, as always I enjoy your videos. This ham and potato soup looks good and I'm going to give it a try. As I live alone I usually scale down recipes to about 3 servings, this particular one looks like it would be easy to do on the stovetop just with less amount of each ingredient, also looks like a perfect recipe for various types of chowders. That looks so incredibly comfortish! Very cold here and it would be awesome served up with some homemade bread. I love it when you do Instant Pot meals because my pressure cookers (6 total) are under-utilized. I'm still planning those mushroom-sauced pork chops, too! You're such a good home cook.
