I drain the meat because I don’t want the onion to soak up fat. Also a half or whole envelope of onion soup mix helps.

you did however use cream of mushroom soup. I dont like mushrooms either.. maybe cream of celery soup would be better?

Delicious ! May I recommend anywhere from a tsp to a tblsn of lemon juice ? It accents flavors and gives a great but subtle zest to a dish like this. It also cuts fat/grease. I think you'll enjoy it.

Made this tonight and it was delicious! I only had 1 lb of ground turkey, so I increased the noodles from 3 to 4 cups, and substituted yogurt for the sour cream. I have a Cosori 6 qt steamer, and luckily the settings are identical! Thanks for the great recipe 😊
This is 2nd time I made this with same results.IP didn't come to pressure, but then said burn, but noodles were done, not sure what I am doing wrong. I did all the same steps you did….IP cooks meat and eggs fine. Hmm. It didn't burn a lot. I caught it right away, removed Liner pot from IP. 98% salvageable and delicious.
