    i make something similar to this, using sun dried tomatoes, chopped spinach and sometimes pancetta. i use parm for cheese but i've never thought about using alouette or a prepared cheese with herbs in it. In fact I've never even bought cheese in that style. I'm definitely going to pick some up at the market this evening.

    I live out in the boonies and have never seen or heard of the cheeses you mentioned. So, I'll just use cheddar or mozzarella and add real garlic. I'm sure it will taste marvelous. 🙂
    Why don't you collect up all the super easy recipes you thought of after the first book and write Super Easy Book 2? That leaves room for sequels.
