Hello, that looks so good. My kids were looking at a Instant pot for me because it can do canning but I wanted a good old fashion one lol. I do not know how well an Instant Pot can can food and I didn't want to take that chance. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day.
Seems like that instantpot does absolutely everything. I recently made my stock from chicken feet. I love that you saved and used the celery that way. The broth was a beautiful color.
Mmmmm!! Now I want some chicken soup! Great video. Easy to follow instructions. Have you ever tried dehydrating the broth? We've done that in the past. It turns into something like a leather, we cut it into strips, store it, then dissolve it in hot water for later use. It's also a great method to take your broth camping, etc. Cheers!
