Jeff, maybe caution your fans that the BTB has soy product in it. I made a recipe for my step daughter's fam and she had a bad reaction. I have now found that BTB makes an organic version without the soy.

Love this channel! I have been using pressure cookers all my life, because my dear mother did. But, wow, was it great when they came out with the electric ones 15-20 yrs ago. I have 5 electric pressure cookers (not including my pressure canners) and use them all frequently. However, they are all different brands. I started watching your channel and when I decided I needed a new 8 qt, I bought an Instant Pot so I could follow your recipe steps more easily. I will be making this Garlic Chicken Pasta tomorrow. I have been using the Better Than Boullion for a few yrs as well. I also like the Sauted Onion flavor. I use that in many of my vegetable dishes. Keep making these videos, Jeff, and giving me fresh ideas.
