Thanks for posting your video. I have frozen shrimp and needed a good recipe. Yes, the silacone gasket was not properly installed when I took my Instant Pot out of the box and it failed the water test. FUN! Is your Instant Pot on top of your stove? If it is, please be careful. People have bumped the knobs an ruined their pots. I use a silacone mit and long handled wooden spoon to instant release the pressure. Safety first. It is hard to see what you are cooking and hear what you are saying. I also watched your frozen shrimp video and that was the samething. Could you please zoom out on your camera and turn up it's volume? That would really help a lot. Thank you again for your video.
