Hi Melanie. I need a bit more convincing with this one. Seafood melody can be so hit and miss in quality so any chance of overcooking it and it becomes a bowl of rubber bands and mushy mussel meat. I cook mine defrosted into a marinara sauce a minute or two and serve over aldente spaghetti. What was the texture like of this mix, if you please. Thanks 😀

I would have added some Old Bay seasoning, chopped garlic and some tomato paste. Then spoon it over some rice or buttered pasta. Yeah!

Can you cook this in an air fryer? I have a bowl attachment for my air fryer. I wonder how to convert this to an air fryer? Temp? Time? Any advice?
