I used a left over omelet to make fried rice for dinner. It turned out really tasty and was a great way to use the rest of the leftovers in the fridge.
I have a recipe for baked fried rice that's awesome, but this is easier! I love my instant pot. I'll have to try it. Thanks for sharing!
