A word of warning! I did this exact microwave process for the sugar and the bowl exploded in my hand. I got hot sugar on my foot and it burned me very badly and I got a few cuts from the glass. But because I'm a Boss, I continued with a regular pot caramelization. DO NOT DO THIS GLASS BOWL METHOD. I USED A THICK PYREX AND IT EXPLODED!

I just made it last night, it came out soooo good ! Thanks for the recipe chi ! One question, can I make two of these and steam in the IP at the same time ? If yes, do I need to leave them in longer ? Thanks 🙏

So I just made this and it is now in fridge to chill, I've found it to be really watery, did I do it wrong? Maybe I need to wait and let it chill first? Sorry, I am so anxious lol. I love your this video, straight to the point

My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

I made this last weekend, and turned out amazing! I am going to make it again next weekend, but use half and half instead of milk, so it is extra creamy. The microwave caramel is genius! Im happy I dont have to wash and extra pot, and just cook it it the same bowl.

Thank-you. I have an Instant Pot, which is a real no-brainer, but I suspect I haven't even begun to tap its full potential yet. I always wondered what the steam button could really do, and I'm definitely going to try this recipe. I really like your presentation, actually, so clear and easy to follow. ☺

I just made this today since I was bored and I have all ingredients on hand. It's chilling in the fridge now. Super easy. Crossing fingers that it will taste good 😁

I made this yesterday, very easy and quick! I had some issues with the caramel crystallizing in the microwave, so i added additional water. It still turned out perfect. Thank you for the recipe and keep on posting additional IP vietnamese recipes!
