Thats to much vinegar and that brown sugar will spike up the blood sugar and the bp. Its why a lot Filipinos are dying with high bps. 🤮
Adobo, sinigang and paksiw are never good for cooking in metal pots, even the stainless steel ones. But I wanted instant pot duo crisp as a minimalist option in a small apartment space. So when I ordered one, the ceramic non stick for me is a necessary accessory to cook my risotto and acidic recipes like adobo, sinigang and fish paksiw.
