Lovely recipe! Looks like the potatoes added enough starch to thicken the stew. Nice way to do that without any flour or corn starch. Like it. I think I am gonna make this today for lunch with my 2qt pressure cooker! Just me and the husband and I don't want more than about 4 servings. Thanks for the video! I think I will do mixed veggie and also a small bit of Worcestershire or soy sauce.
