Super helpful video! I just got an instant pot for Christmas and was also intimidated by the fact that it was a pressure cooker and by all of the warning labels. The quick release also scared me the first time I used it.Overall, I'm excited to continue using it. I'm a single parent working full time and cook for a large family. I hate spending an hour in the kitchen after a long day at work cooking, so I'm super thrilled to use this as appliance to cut my cooking time in half. That pasta dish looked delicious! I would also make that frittata for Sunday morning breakfast.
