Hi Rick and Kathy! Sorry, I am behind on the videos. Between the fall in MX, leg break, and packing to move, life has been a bit hectic. Finally, I am now on my way to my new home. Left California yesterday and will arrive at my new home in TX tomorrow, barring unforseen circumstances. Once I am settled, I will catch up on all the videos!

I love me some wings in the air fryer. Crispier that way and not as greasy. Some wings sound good. Most wing joints around here sauce their wings after they are cooked. We made homemade hamburgers for dinner. I would still have heartburn from the pickle items. 😊 Have a nice Memorial Day weekend! God bless our troops and veterans. 🇺🇸

Ahhhh… My navy son and wife are visiting this weekend. I took everyone out to dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant. Appetizers were fried calamari,clams on the half shell- had already sold out of oysters….and the best mussels in wine and garlic. We ate every drop of those appys . We each ordered an adult beverage and toasted to all the occasions we could remember. We ordered a double order of toasted Italian bread to soak up that outrageously delicious muscle broth! My son and wife ordered veal parmesan, my daughter in law ordered the striped bass oreganata, and I ordered the fruitta di mare with angel hair pasta. Every dish was absolutely amazing. We all have leftovers for today. We had a beautiful family dinner. Life's good. Thank you all service members for your service to our country. Be well you guys. Almost forgot …after dinner I took everyone to our favorite oldtimey ice cream parlor. Again everything was delicious!!
