This is so on my bucket list to try in the Instant Pot! I have several cheesecake recipes pinned to try, including a couple that are chocolate, but I may just have to make yours Catherine 🙂 It looks amazing! I'm glad you used a foil sling, I've read that it's essential, as is chilling it for 10-24 hours. I don't think that little sucker would last long around here, but we haven't had the space for those calories lately, LOL! Thanks for sharing another great recipe! Now this is a must try recipe!!! I have been wanting to make a cheesecake in mine as well. I do the foil sling thing too. It works great & does the trick of getting pans in & out of the instant pots.But its going to have to wait until after canning season I am up to my eyeballs canning everything tomato LOL. Plus I have my adult son moving back out again. So much going on here this week. WHEW!!! I can wait to see what you make next week!
