I received my instant pot as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and have yet to use it. Horrible, I know. But I've never seen recipes that interested me. I am not much of a pasta or casserole eater (gluten intolerance) and that's all the recipes I seem to see in videos. After watching this and one other of your instant pot videos I now actually wanna cook with it. We LOVE Asian style meals and the meals you're showing actually look healthy and delicious. So I just wanted to say thank you for sharing!! Love them all!

i did not know about the more on the saute button!! that's awesome. thanks for that tidbit. i may have to try the butter chicken. i usually make more of a curry with my own spices as i have a wimpy tongue and cannot take any heat. i also did not know about those insert pans. however, we have a family of 5 adults – 3 of which are men – so our main meal takes the whole pot.

Hello Amber I happen to see this video on my feed and I decided to watch and I really enjoyed your content and how you presented.. The chicken marsala might just be our Sunday dinner. Because I was scrolling looking at random videos for recipes.. so thank you for helping me with our dinner. I just subscribed to your channel and I will be looking forward to seeing more of your videos.. Also, I am going to binge watch the rest of your videos tonight. Look forward to seeing more 😊

I love the Bible verse at the end of each video – I don't know why but I just find it really encouraging and reassuring, esp given everything going on.

I also recommend the Trader Joe's Tikka Masala Simmer sauce – its a shelf stable Indian curry simmer sauce thats very similar to the Butter Chicken recipe! I recommend adding cream or coconut milk to the jarred sauce!

Hi Amber!! Another great video of delicious meals. I'm excited to add these to my meal plan. Everything looks so delicious. If y'all love sweet and sour chicken batter your chicken in pancake mix then fry it. It's just like the sweet and sour chicken you get at a Chinese restaurant. Check out Six Sisters Stuff for more Instant Pot recipes. They post all kinds from breakfast to dessert. Hope you and your beautiful family have a great day and weekend. Stay safe and healthy. God bless. PS I love that you share a Bible verse at the end.

That beef and broccoli look so good. I have an electric pressure cooker (not an instant pot) that I need to use more. Thanks for the inspiration. Have a great weekend.
