Just wondering, is the spring form pan a MUST? Would a round silicone baking pan work? Great video! I just found you via YT recommendation. I've never cooked dessert in my IP, but I think I'm going to start!!! With this!! 😊
Hey all! Thanks for the kind words and enthusiasm! All the exact amounts are listed in the recipe card which is on the blog post linked at the top of the video description. Enjoy!
Thank you, Jeff for making us laugh with a ooy-gooie chocolate chip cookie recipe. And the funny comment about "Cookie Monster". Looking forward to seeing more recipes. And your new cookbook, on my birthday.
If you want to eat the dough raw and you're worried about salmonella, just use pasteurized eggs. (Though the chances are extremely slim that would happen, but better safe than sorry?)
this is great but baking requires precision. Did you pack the brown sugar? How did you measure the flour? DIP and sweep or teaspoon by teaspoon. I want to make this right! Thanks
Making this! I’m excited! I’m so hoping this will be a great desert! I can never make one that I’m impressed with so maybe today’s the day! I’ll be posting again soon!!
A tip I learned about softened butter, microwave a glass of water for 3 minutes, take it out and leave a stick of butter on a plate inside the microwave for 10 minutes. You'll get a whole stick of softened butter without it melting or having to leave it out for hours
What a wonderful Valentine's Day dessert! It looked amazing with the ice cream and chocolate and caramel drizzles, and I can picture some little ❤️ sprinkles on top of all that! Perfection! 💕💕💕
I’ve had to put eggs into a small bowl after the yuckiest egg I’ve ever seen (I’ve heard about them but have never seen one) fell into my recipe. Of course it ruined my dish. And my appetite. My granddaughters each got an instant pot for Christmas. Star Wars edition. Where is your edition, I think you’re personally responsible for a great number of us buying an instant pot.
I guess they're saying it's actually the raw flour we aren't supposed to eat, not the eggs! Either way I still do. 🤣 Looks delicious I can't wait to make this!
Make sure you have a separate sealing ring for desserts or else your dessert will taste like the food you cooked inside the pressure cooker. I learned that lesson the hard way! lol
Set the scale back 20 lbs.
Mine wouldn’t make it to the springform pan.

I Love your videos and I know what to use my sling for, looking forward to getting your cookbooks. Thanks for keeping cooking interesting.
I just made it… It was fantastic, ask my wife. I used unsalted butter because that's what I had, still turned out good.
I found it 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (no need to sift)
how much flower ? you never said how much to add

Definiately going to make this for Valentine's Day! Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂
You do know the Chinese have been making deserts and breads like this for hundreds of years, right?
I sense a mass Super Bowl Sundae coming on…. Because of Pressure Luck…
I don’t recommend putting a spoon in the bowl with an actively moving paddle going. Amateurs may try to copy you with unwanted results.
!!!
Does the pressure or the humidity make it soft and chewy? If I have a steam oven would that accomplish the same thing?

Gram’s! Use gram!
