Because meat is kind of hard to get our hands on right now, I thought I would share a delicious Meatless meal! This is not your normal Mac and Cheese!
A friend of mine suggested do7.pl/instant this product to me and I was hesitant at first. I’m glad I made the leap and bought it. This product has saved me so much time and headache of cooking everyday and there are a ton of recipes on YouTube that you try. It takes a couple of tries to get a feel of the product but once you get a hang of it, you are going to love this thing.
If I cut all this in half including cooking time.. will this work still?

I actually did try this last week… it was ok. Not the way I would make mac n cheese. I prefer to make a cheese sauce from a roux then put it in a baking dish and bake it.

So good! That was the very first thing I made in my instant pot!
Do not ever switch the nob from sealing to venting after cooking with your hand. It is very hot as in steam coming out. Use a wooden spoon.
